A new wine deserves a grand celebration.  Join us for the release of LJM in Brisbane. It is the latest addition to the Paringa Estate portfolio. Quite simply, it’s the best of the best; a blend of our finest single vineyard barrels of pinot noir, from an exceptional vintage, 2022. 

Join us at James Street’s iconic Cru Bar and Cellar for an unforgettable celebration. Recent renovations and expansion have elevated one of Brisbane’s premier wine destinations. Held in the private 'Wine Room', Chef Richard Ousby (formerly Stokehouse Q, Quay, and London’s Michelin-starred Waterside Inn) has designed an impressive four course menu expertly paired with a selection of Paringa Estate Single Vineyard wines, including the eagerly anticipated LJM Pinot Noir.


About LJM

It’s a wine which has taken several decades to create. The fruit comes from our oldest pinot noir blocks, planted in 1988. It is handpicked, destemmed, and fermented in our 3,500 Litre French oak foudres. It is then aged in a combination of new and old barrels. The final stage is an extensive tasting of all the wines by Lindsay and Jamie to choose which barrels will go into the blend.

It’s the ultimate collaboration between father and son. A combination of Lindsay’s knowledge and experience, and Jamie’s flair and technical expertise.
