About the Event:

Kick off your leadership journey with the Study Melbourne Leadership Labs Connect series! This 5-part program brings together students, leaders, and alumni across Victoria for a unique experience designed to grow your leadership skills, expand your network, and create lasting connections.

Join us for Workshop 1, where we will introduce the Connect series and dive into valuable insights from an inspirational introduction with guest speaker, Anushka Phal. Anushka is the Founder & Principal Psychologist at Umeed Psychology, the Co-Founder The Man(sik) Project and Co-author of "Undefeated"!

Josh Farr will then join you for a hands-on workshop to help you explore who you are and who you want to become. With Josh, you will learn how to:

Identify your personal strengths and areas of growth
Describe your areas of interest and passion in life
Name and act on your strongest personal values
Create a map for combining what you love and your skills to be the best leader in your life, career and community possible

This launch event will set the stage for an exciting series of workshops and networking opportunities.

3. Workshop 3 (Oct 8th): Discovering Your Leadership Styles

4. Online Networking Event (Oct 15th): Connect with peers and alumni across regional Victoria

5. In-Person Networking Event (Oct 17th): Join us in Melbourne to meet fellow students and alumni in person

NOTE: Guest speakers from each workshop will come together to lead a panel at the final in-person networking event in Melbourne.
