David Parkin founded Lost Marbles Found around a simple observation: people talk more easily when their hands are busy.
The project brings people together to make handmade paracord keychains - not as therapy, not as a program, but as a reason to sit alongside each other and let conversation happen naturally. Each keychain takes around two hours to make. It holds a glass marble at its centre - a lost marble, found; and is designed to be carried every day and held on hard days.
The workshops David runs brings this into practice. Participants leave with something they made themselves, something that carries meaning and something that opens a door to the kind of conversations that don't usually happen in a room full of people.
Numbers are limited and capped for each event, don't miss out!
