Description

Join local author Jennie Keogh as she discusses her book, How to Heal From Toxic Relationships.

Jennie's world fell apart over four years ago and she could not find a book that discussed trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD and the nervous system in a gentle and non-triggering way. She wrote this book as a love note to her past self and others who find themselves unexpectedly having to start over, especially in their later years.

She hopes the readers finish the book, loving and knowing themselves more than they ever have before, while looking ahead to their future with joyful anticipation and a solid plan.

Books will be available for purchase on the day. Payment via card transaction.

Free, bookings required.

Tea & coffee on arrival.
