Event description

Join us for an exclusive geology & mineralogy tour to 3 of our local resource mines in the Ravensthorpe Shire. Learn about the correlation between plants and the geology of the area in which they grow.

Visit 3 active mine sites in the region with resources,  Lithium - Gold - Nickel 

We will be joined by a working Geologist/s from the mine sites we visit. Weather depending we will visit a current drill site. The tour will take in the a viewing of a working Galaxy Lithium mine, the conveyor overpass public artworks "The Honeyeaters" painted by Amok Island at the Ravensthorpe Nickel  Operations and visit a drill site for the Medallion Metals gold operations in the area.
