- Em Pitomaki – F45 Gyms – Having spent a career overseeing some of the most successful Gyms in the country we talk to Em about getting out of your comfort zone - & whether a regular sweat session is key in keeping the body & mind fresh & firing!
- Aly Pearson – Alykat Gallery – Aly shares the challenges & triumphs in staying fresh & maintaining the creative mindset in life & business – building our local creative community through connection & collaboration – & bringing life to our local Laneway precincts.
