How the Mighty Don’t Fall

Why Successful Businesses Adapt with Excellence

Strong businesses are not immune to disruption.

Most leaders understand how to improve performance when things are working well. But long-term success depends on something more: the ability to adapt with excellence when the market shifts, pressure builds, or the business outgrows its current way of operating.

At this event, Melanie Marshall will lead a live and interactive session for business owners and decision-makers who know their business needs to evolve, but want to do so with greater clarity, confidence, and commercial impact.

This practical session will explore why so many business transformation efforts fail, where the hidden risks often sit inside a business, and how to identify the changes most likely to deliver meaningful return on investment. Melanie will share the statistics behind transformation efforts, unpack what prevents change from lasting, and explain how leaders can strengthen the foundations needed for better performance.

Attendees will learn how to meet people where they are, understand the three domains required for lasting success, identify high-value change that reduces risk, and take practical action over the next 30 days for measurable gains.

Whether you are leading a growing team, managing change inside an established business, or looking for better ways to improve engagement, productivity, and resilience, this workshop will provide practical insights you can apply immediately.

As always, Local Networking Nights (previously LinkedIn Local Sunshine Coast) combines professional development with relaxed networking, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with local business owners and professionals before and after the presentation.

Come along to learn, connect, and strengthen your business for what comes next.
