Join a welcoming circle of local women as we mark the New Moon together — reflecting on the month that’s been, releasing what we’re ready to leave behind and planting our dream seeds for the cycle ahead. We’ll create space to reconnect with ourselves, set meaningful intentions and experience the simple magic of gathering with other women.

Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to know anything about moon cycles, meditation or women’s circles — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to participate. Come alone or bring a friend, and leave feeling connected, nourished, inspired and ready for the month ahead.

What to Bring

A journal and pen
A water bottle
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on for our meditation
A cushion and/or blanket if you'd like to get extra cosy
Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in

Come alone or bring a friend or ten! You don't need to know anyone before you arrive. Part of the magic is walking into a room of women from your neighbourhood who may begin as strangers and leaving feeling a little more connected.
