Sound Bath Experience with Lavish Sound

~This is your invitation to slow down, unplug, and come home to yourself.

A Lavish Sound bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience designed to help you release stress, quiet mental noise, and reset your nervous system—without needing to do anything at all. You’ll be guided into rest as layered tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you, creating space for clarity, ease, and inner balance.

Sound works on a physical and emotional level. The vibrations gently support relaxation, helping your body shift out of “go mode” and into a state where rest and restoration can naturally occur. Many attendees leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—like they finally took a breath they didn’t realize they were holding.

This experience is for you if:

You feel overstimulated, burned out, or emotionally full
You crave intentional rest, not just another workout or class
You’re curious about sound healing and want a welcoming, grounded introduction
You want to feel connected—to yourself, your body, and the present moment

No prior experience is needed. Just bring an open mind and come as you are—tired, curious, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different.

Give yourself permission to rest. Your nervous system will thank you.

Yoga mats are available, but if you have something that suits you better, feel free to bring it.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, pillow and a water.

Please arrive a few minutes early to find your space and get comfortable.
