You spend every day creating impact for others. Take a day to create impact for your organisation.

Whether you're looking to access new opportunities, solve a persistent challenge, build valuable partnerships or strengthen your organisation for the future, QSEC's Impact Sprints are designed to help you step back from the day-to-day and focus on what matters most. Through practical insights, facilitated discussion and action-focused planning, you'll leave with greater clarity, new connections and a practical plan grounded in what you can do right now, what you can achieve together with others and the opportunities that could be unlocked through collective influence.

Leave with more than inspiration. Leave with a plan.

What is an Impact Sprint?

An Impact Sprint is a highly interactive, action-focused session designed to help you step away from the day-to-day and focus on the future of your organisation. The program is part of QSEC's statewide Impact Sprint series rolling out across Queensland with a focus on local engagement, participation and connection.

What to expect:

Expert-led insights on the opportunities and challenges shaping social enterprise today.
Peer-based discussions where you'll share ideas, test thinking and learn from others facing similar challenges.
Practical action planning to help you identify your next steps and turn ideas into action.

Come ready to:

Think openly about new opportunities and possibilities.
Share your experiences and learn from others.
Challenge assumptions and explore different perspectives.
Focus on action, not just discussion.
Leave with a clear plan for your organisation.

Who should attend?

Impact Sprints are ideal for existing social enterprises, impact businesses and organisations that are starting their impact journey. We also welcome attendance by local organisations that have a commitment to social procurement or have a connection to the social enterprise sector. These events are designed to activate, connect, and strengthen the local social enterprise ecosystem by bringing together social enterprises, community organisations, local government, and other key stakeholders.

Tickets are complimentary. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Please note: In the event that the program is oversubscribed, attendance preference will be given to social enterprises.

The Impact Sprints are a QSEC initiative delivered in collaboration with the Queensland Government.
