Join Upstate on the lawns at Lon Retreat this Summer for some morning outdoor Yoga and Pilates to the sounds of the sea.
Helping you find your positive state of mind is what drives us every day at Upstate. Expect strong, fun, welcoming classes that inspire you. Our classes are guaranteed to make your body and mind FEEL GOOD!
Classes will be a mix of Pilates Burn or Power Flow Yoga and will be held on the lawns of Lon Retreat from 8-9am
Pilates Burn:
VIBES: Feel the fire as you experience a full-body workout focused on levelling up and targeted muscle toning. Addictive and suitable for all levels, you’ll feel challenged, strong and inspired.
SESH TIME: 45 minutes.
GEAR: BYO mat.
We recommend bringing a sweat towel + drink bottle.
Power Flow:
VIBES: Strength and stretch meet balance and breath. Discover your inner warrior in this modern fiery Vinyasa sequence. Increase your overall mobility and leave you feeling energized and full of good vibes. Suitable for all levels.
SESH TIME: 45 minutes.
GEAR: BYO mat. We recommend bringing a sweat towel + drink bottle.

Arrive to settle on your Mat from 7.40 am. Lon's Farm Van will be open from 7.30am for coffee, breakfast & refreshments both pre & post pilates/yoga session.
Check-in at Lon Retreat Main Reception on arrival.
We welcome all ages 16+ to attend and enjoy classes this Summer at Lon.
In the event of unfavourable weather, your class may be moved indoors into our mineral pool area (subject to capacity) or cancelled (in which case your ticket will be refunded).
