Long Chim x Two Bays x Artisan Gluten Free dining experience

Long Chim’s famous fiery Maa Long Chim tasting menu has always been something to behold on it’s own and always best paired with a selection of beer.

For this one off event we will be making the menu for the night entirely gluten free and we will be teaming up with two iconic breweries who champion gluten free offerings – Two Bays Brewing and Artisan.

Descend into the underground restaurant beneath the heritage listed State Buildings to enjoy a cocktail and canapé on arrival, followed by a nine dish and nine beer paired dining extravaganza.
