Dr. Siswo Pramono, LL.M. is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Australia and the Republic of Vanuatu. Prior to this position, he was Director General/Head of The Foreign Policy Strategy Agency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. He attained Ph.D degree from the Australian National University, and LL.M degree from Monash University, Australia. Dr. Pramono completed his professional diplomatic training in the diplomatic schools of Indonesian Foreign Ministry, Jakarta, and the Clingendael Institute of International Relations, The Netherlands. As a career diplomat, he served in various Indonesian diplomatic missions abroad, including The Indonesian Embassies in The Netherlands and Germany. As a scholar, Dr. Pramono is a non-tenured Professor in various universities, namely Airlangga University, Cendrawasih University, as well as a fellow at the The Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI) and Charles Darwin University, Australia.
Dalene Wray AM JP (Qual): Managing Director, OBE Organic
Dalene has a proven track record in contributing to strategic change, stakeholder engagement, a high-performance organisational culture, and delivering policy, advocacy and governance excellence.
Dalene is a recognised and highly skilled communicator with the experience to engage effectively at all levels and sectors. She has lived and overseas for half her working life and has studied Spanish, Chinese and French abroad.
Dalene grew up in the outback Queensland town of Birdsville. She started her career as a radiographer in regional Australian hospitals and in hospitals in the United Kingdom before spending three seasons in Europe as a tour guide.
She joined OBE Organic, a certified organic beef exporter, in 2003. Between 2009 and 2015 she gained invaluable international business experience whilst living in Beijing and then Hong Kong, driving business opportunities in Asia and the Middle East. Dalene returned from overseas to Australia in 2015.
As Managing Director of OBE Organic, Dalene Wray is a major force for improving the sustainability of Australian agriculture by driving change, innovation and digital adoption & she acts as a role model for the rest of the industry. She has been a strong advocate of causes, such as mental health, indigenous reconciliation, diversity & inclusion. With grit and smarts and compassion, she has made a difference. She is a champion of both people and planet.
Elton Miller, Executive Director, Agribusiness & Policy, Department of Primary Industries
In his role as Executive Director, Agribusiness and Policy, Department of Primary Industries, with a strong focus on climate, Elton leads the development of policies, industry development, trade and investment and other key initiatives that enhance the productivity, profitability and sustainability of Queensland’s agribusinesses.
Elton has a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics with first class honours from the University of New England, Australia. With more than 30 years of public sector experience in both State and Commonwealth Governments and a background in farming, he has extensive knowledge in policy development and service delivery, coupled with a strong industry development focus including in trade and investment. Elton has a great passion for agriculture and rural communities.
