Abundance & Self-Trust is an immersive 9D Breathwork journey designed to explore what may be holding you back from the life you want. Through conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, hypnotic affirmations, and subconscious techniques, you will be guided to recognise limiting beliefs, release self-doubt, and reconnect with your own inner guidance.

As a hybrid journey, this experience combines more activating breathwork with gentler periods of reflection and integration. It creates space to explore your relationship with success, worth, opportunity, and receiving - without telling you what abundance should mean for you.

This is not about pretending that positive thinking alone will change your life. It is about recognising the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices, strengthening your trust in yourself, and creating space to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Because sometimes the next step is not about trying harder, it is about trusting yourself enough to take it.

This experience may be exactly what you need if you:

As this is a hybrid journey, you will experience a combination of more active breathing and gentler moments that allow time to slow down, reflect, and integrate. You will be supported throughout and encouraged to listen to your body, adjust your breathing, or pause whenever needed.

✔ A fully guided 9D Breathwork hybrid experience

✔ Crystal singing bowls and grounding meditation to support integration

✔ A safe, welcoming, and supportive environment

Important Health Information

Your safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities.

We cannot facilitate 9D Breathwork if you currently have:

Pregnancy
Cardiovascular disease, including uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, arrhythmia, or a history of heart attack
Mental health conditions involving psychosis, schizophrenia, severe dissociation, or an unmanaged bipolar disorder
Recent surgery or a significant physical injury that may be aggravated by deep breathing or movement
Active substance abuse

Although some forms of gentle breathwork may be suitable during pregnancy, we have chosen not to facilitate 9D Breathwork during this time.

Please consult your GP or treating healthcare professional before attending if you have:

A history of seizures or epilepsy
Asthma or another chronic respiratory condition
A history of stroke or traumatic brain injury
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Osteoporosis
A history of aneurysm
Diabetes
An eating disorder
Experienced recent significant trauma or bereavement
Are taking psychiatric medication
Take medication that significantly affects breathing, awareness, or mood regulation
Any medical or psychological condition that may be worsened by stress or intensive breathwork

If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler with you.
