Your safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities. This session is a gentle down-regulation session, there are some contraindications to be aware of.

We are unable to facilitate this session for if you are:

Pregnant, have a pacemaker or an implanted cardiac defibrillator or other implanted electrical devices, recent organ transplant, unexplained bleeding or significant bleeding disorder or acute infection/fever or serious acute illness.

Please consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending if you have:

A history of seizures or epilepsy
Asthma or other respiratory conditions
A history of stroke or traumatic brain injury
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Osteoporosis
A history of aneurysm
Diabetes
Mental health conditions involving psychosis or severe dissociation
Recent surgery or significant physical injury
Are taking psychiatric medication
Cardiovascular disease (including uncontrolled high blood pressure)
Take medications that significantly affect breathing, awareness, or mood regulation
