Reset and Regeneration

An Immersive 9D Breathwork Experience

Are you feeling constantly "on", healing or in recovery?

In this day and age - work, family, responsibilities and everyday pressures can leave us feeling drained and exhausted, physically tense and disconnected from ourselves.

This guided immersive gentle breathwork experience is designed to help calm your nervous system, release built-up stress and create the space for your body and mind to rest, recover and restore.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, running on empty, healing or simply need some time for yourself, this is your opportunity to pause, breathe and reset.

You may leave feeling:

✨ Calmer and more relaxed
✨ Less stressed and physically tense
✨ More focused and clear-headed
✨ Grounded, refreshed and re-energised

Please note, you are booking the breathwork session only, if you would like to purchase the breathwork and PEMF, please book the "Deep Reset Experience".

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Down-Regulation Breathwork is a powerful, immersive experience that combines conscious breathing with cutting-edge sound technology and evidence-informed therapeutic techniques to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.

Each journey blends multiple elements, including:

• Conscious breathwork
• Immersive sound
• Brainwave entrainment
• Solfeggio frequencies
• Guided coaching
• Subconscious reprogramming
• Therapeutic sound design

Rather than simply listening to a meditation, you’ll be fully immersed in an experience that engages both the mind and body.

This session creates the opportunity to release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supported environment.

Your experience includes:

✔ A fully guided 9D Breathwork experience
✔ Yoga mat, bolster, blanket, eye mask, and premium headset provided
✔ Crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and integration
✔ A safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
