"Looking Through My Window" is a community art and health initiative by IPC Health designed to connect local residents, promote mental wellbeing, and share creative expressions.

Learning by participating in arts activities improves your mental health which supports your whole mind and body to remain 'well for life' for a 'thriving future'.

  • Goal: Reducing isolation and sharing local stories through art
