Loose Joint Perth Hip-Hop Workshop

Australia! The Brooklyn Hip-Hop legend Loose Joint is coming to Perth for an exclusive Hip-Hop workshop.

Special guest of Street Corner Dance, this will be the Loose Joint's first workshop in Perth, WA.

Jamel Brown, also known as "Loose Joint," is a 1st-generation pioneering Freestyle Hip Hop dancer from New York with 40 years of experience in the dance culture. Loose Joint is a member of MopTop and a founding member of Elite Force. 

Starting in the early 1980s, he gained recognition as a member of The Float Committee and later as part of the Fantastic Duo, featured in the iconic film “Beat Street.” Over his career, he has performed in concerts, appeared in music videos for major artists like Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey, and toured the world. 

Loose Joint has also been a prominent judge at international dance events, including Juste Debout and Summer Dance Forever. His enduring passion for hip hop dance is evident in his continuous involvement in performance, teaching, and mentorship across the globe.
