LORDS YEAR 12 FORMAL & VALEDICTORY

LORDS Year 12 Valedictory and Formal for 2024.

We have established lovely traditions at LORDS with events for students and families, and this year will be no different.

Year 12 Formal and Valedictory - Friday 13th September at Links - Hope Island Resort

• Arrival 5.00pm
• Valedictory 6.50pm – 7.20pm
• Formal 7.30pm – 10.00pm

The Valedictory is attended by Year 12 students, staff, and parents. The occasion is designed to celebrate and thank students and parents. Each Year 12 student can bring up to 4 family members/special guests to the Valedictory. Year 12 students do not need to purchase a ticket; however, family members/special guests must purchase tickets at a cost of $20 per ticket (maximum of 4 per student, plus booking fee). Valedictory includes canapes and soft drinks for all in attendance and will be held in the Ballroom.

The Formal is attended by Year 12 LORDS students and LORDS staff only. The Formal ticket is $120 (plus booking fee) and includes a wonderful meal, entertainment, and photography. The Formal dinner will be held in the Fountain Court.

**YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE A MAXIMUM OF 1 X FORMAL TICKET AND 4 GUEST VALEDICTORY TICKETS**

For example: Lila is attending her Formal so you purchase 1 ticket @ $120 for her. Mum and Dad and 2 sisters will attend the Valedictory so you purchase 4 x tickets @ $20 each. That's 5 tickets and the maximum amount that can be purchased.

Payment

Formal and Valedictory tickets must be paid for by Friday 23rd August. Payments can be made through Humanitix.

Special Notes

Students are not permitted to drive to or from the Formal. Students are required to be picked up by parents at 10.00pm when the Formal concludes. If being picked up by another adult, an email must be sent to Mrs Selina Kinne (Head of Secondary).
