Classes run for 45 to 60 minutes.
No experience required, all levels of fitness welcome!

How do I register?
1. Buy a ticket to your first discovery class - you must attend a class between Oct 5 and Oct 9.

2.Register on site with us and get all the information you need for 10 weeks.

This offer is for 10 (motivated) people only to keep a better individualized experience.

What do I need to bring?
-Towel
-Water Bottle

Parking is free on site (plenty). Showers available.
