Grab your Yoga mat and join us throughout October for Nature Festival, for weekly guided yoga sessions in our beautiful green park space, Kuri Kurru. Relax, recalibrate and reconnect in these free mid-week sessions. Guaranteed to be an om-mazing start to your day!

Where: Lot Fourteen, Kuri Kurru park. If raining, we will be in the Mural Room, TechCentral Building. Stay tuned via our social channels for updates.

When: 7.30am sharp for a 45-minute session. Wednesdays 9, 16, 23 and 30 October.

What: An all level, beginner friendly yoga session with Jen Watson, Chief Zen Officer from Roaming Zen, famous for her Wine & Yoga in the hills & vales!
