A truely powerful and beautiful time of endings and beginnings... so come and join us as we get comfy & cozy around the candlelight, set intentions, create, rest, relax & receive.

When You Arrive:

Walk into a space that is lovingly created to bring connection, healing, nurture and rest... and includes:

Floor Rug, Cushion & Blanket

We will have a CIRCLE altar in the Centre and you will feel a deep exhale in knowing that this is your sacred space to be held for our 3 hours together!

What To Bring:

✨Wear clothes you feel comfortable and cozy in!

✨Yoga Mat (if you wish to have extra comfort whilst laying down)

✨Extra Cushion (to place under your legs during the sound healing)

✨Water Bottle | Journal

✨Anything that you wish to place on the altar to be infused with the energy of Winter Solstice.

Doors Open 10 minutes prior so you are welcome to arrive at this time to use the bathroom (if needed), remove your shoes and settle into your space so that we can begin on time...
