Loud. is a survivor-led dance project ~ join us this weekend to connect with other survivors and move.

Who is this class for?

Anyone who has experienced sexual/domestic/intimate partner violence who loves to dance (all styles & levels welcome). Whether you consider yourself beginner or advanced, the purpose of the session is to come together through our shared experiences as survivors combined with the liberating power of dance, to move, share, heal & create meaningful, impactful change.

What can I expect at the session?

Time to meet & connect with fellow survivors. Opportunity to share with the group ~ whether it’s your name, your story, why you love to dance, all is welcome but there is no expectation to share more than feels right for you.

This will then be followed by:

>Gentle warm up

>Guided activities to explore your own unique way of moving

>Short combination with a focus on expression, healing & power

Be Loud. :)
