Following Melbourne dinner sell-out, Emperor and Louis Roederer invite you to an exceptional champagne dinner in Canberra on Wednesday 1st December 2021, held at the stunning QT Canberra.
The iconic maison of Louis Roederer, led by the eponymous Chef de Caves Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, has just released a new cuvée. Named Collection 242, it's a revolutionary move in the world of champagne, phasing out their iconic Brut Premier to lead with their new Collection Series instead.
Along with Collection 242 and the iconic prestige Cristal 2013, this dinner will feature the exceptional vintage range of Louis Roederer, perfectly paired with a four-course dinner by Head Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell.
