Ambrosia Lounge and Mill Theatre unite this winter to host RARE BIRD ensemble for a captivating fusion of theatre and hospitality in a unique Bar Takeover & Winter Residency at Dairy Road.

RARE BIRD ensemble brings the bar to life in a heady mix of flavour, flair and fantasy, tracing familiar stories of longing, reinvention, and the delicate art of holding it all together.

Praised for its wit, warmth and irresistible charm, these Tales from a Young Mixer are equal parts hilarious, mesmerising and disarming – transporting audiences from the banks of the Murrumbidgee to the heights of Manhattan.

Drawing on the intimate style and traditions of the cocktail bar and cabaret, LOVE & FORGETTING blurs the line between patron and performer, service and stage, memory and make-believe – a world where theatre meets hospitality, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
