What does it mean to love myself as a way of treating myself?

LOVE is the second course in the BE·LOVE·NOW series. Where BE was about seeing yourself honestly, LOVE is about the relationship itself — the moments that reveal whether you stand with yourself, or leave yourself.

Across four weeks, live online, we'll explore:
— Rejection and Disappointment
— Saying No and Disappointing Someone
— Being Misunderstood and Receiving Love
— Imperfection and Forgiveness

You can join LOVE without having taken BE, though the two are designed to build on each other.

This is pay-as-much-as-you-want. Choose the ticket price that feels right for you.
