This beautifully-designed event helps you to see and let go of your limiting beliefs and stories, that have been holding you back from loving ALL parts of your gorgeous self! 

Join us for a nourishing day, held on Sacred private land, where we delve into whats stopping you from loving yourself fully. We uncover those darker hidden beliefs, that can get stored within the recesses of the body, due to stressful situations and trauma.  

And we welcome and embrace the parts of you that have been "protecting" you but also stopping you from being able to move on.

We then spend time to lavish yourself with love & integrate all parts of you. We will utilise the land, using the earth elements for our Self-Love rituals, grounding and integration ...and we also have a stunning studio to play in! 😍
