Come and visit the Love Food Hate Waste stall at the Franklin Hospice Garden & Lifestyle Festival.
Sample some delicious food from Sue's no-waste kitchen, while learning some tips and tricks to use your leftovers, and bits that might otherwise end up in the compost or food scraps bin (i.e. stale bread, brown bananas), wisely.
Sue will also offer advice on growing and cooking with fresh harvest, a money saver, and better for the environment.
