Anthem for the invisible. An older woman’s tale of loneliness, love, loss, and reawakening told with song, spoken-word poetry and dialogue.
Surrounded by art created to the same theme.
Expect sweet yet occasionally dark songs, lush harmonies, and rhythmic guitar, This original work by award winning songwriter and singer Desley Taylor. Performed in collaboration with song bird Rachel Flannery, invites you to let go and be swept away!
The performance will take place at Project Contemporary Art Space in Keira Street surrounded by an exhibition of creative works inspired by the theme of Love in a Major Minor. The exhibition will run for 10 days, punctuated by ONE NIGHT ONLY live music performance.
Ticket price includes 1 complimentary drink upon arrival.
Doors open 5:30pm for perusing the art. Showtime 7pm.
Show is 70min, no intermission.
It’ll be winter, so please RUG UP!! I.e. bring a coat, a scarf, a cushion, etc.
