Love Is (What I Say) A Tribute To INXS - Special Guests Pallas Haze

Join us for an ALL AGES Tribute to INXS here at The Barn with support from the new Sydney based band, Pallas Haze. We are and will always be a family friendly venue. Children 10 and under are free!

LOVE IS (what I say) is a fresh and young new rock n roll band based in Sydney Australia. They like to present tribute shows of key influences and at the moment a main focus is the great iconic Australian band, INXS and their enigmatic frontman, Michael Hutchence.

LOVE IS are fresh on the scene, full of energy and bear a remarkable resemblance to INXS both sonically and visually. Singer, Sam Joole channels the late Hutchence with baritone vocals modelled in the echos of Jim Morrison, flickering hair and pose, Whilst the band stay true to their famous records and productions and recreate their energetic live shows. The band explores the different sides of INXS from a young touring punk/pop outfit to a refined stadium monster of world class songwriters. 

LOVE IS (what I say) is not just a pub band playing covers but an authentic tribute and exploration of one of Australia's most precious exports, a journey in sound, visuals and even archival footage from history`s pages. There is no other INXS show like this one. 

The two hour + Encore Show features the big hits like Need you Tonite, By My Side, New Sensation, Never tear us apart and Original Sin. The maverick masterpieces that set INXS apart like send a message, Just keep walking, What I say and Disappear. The Ferocious Steamroller signatures they were known for like What you need, Kick and the one thing. The fragile and beautiful poetry they captured like Beautiful Girl, Mystify and Mediate, The early teen lust love affairs they left us with like Don't Change, This time,Guns in the Sky and The loved one + many more.
