3 Take Aways

The audience members will walk away with easy-to-implement tools to start rebuilding a more loving relationship with themselves, simple ways to restructure their daily self talk and the steps to a process that can revolutionize their personal and professional lives by filling their whole world with more love.

Let’s increase our love for ourselves. No matter where we are on the Self-Love Scale, we can always love ourselves more!

Have you ever looked in the mirror and pointed out all the imperfections? The blemish here, the extra roll of fat there, the cellulite in places you didn't know you could get cellulite. Guest speaker, Christina Stuart, has. Or criticized yourself for something you said, did or didn't do the day before?

She’s done that, too. Until developing this process, she didn't like the reflection she saw looking back at her in the mirror. So much so, she avoided looking at all. She didn't recognize herself. She used to smile at her reflection when she walked by a storefront window. Over the years, she wondered where that confident woman went! How we talk to ourselves, you know…the monkey chatter, is exactly what Christina is going to talk about during the event. She is going to show us an easy way to increase our love for ourselves.

No matter where you are on the self-love scale, the bottom of the barrel, the top of the mountain or anywhere in between, she believes there’s always room for more love! When we love ourselves even a little bit more, we feel better and that love spills over into all of our relationships. Our spouses, our kids, our parents, our clients…Can you imagine the ripple effect?!Join us for this fun, transformational experience into being even more loving to yourself!
