Kia ora Pōneke!
Do you love seaweed? Do you love cocktails? Do you want to help us regenerate Wellington’s beautiful underwater forests whilst keeping dry? Then come join us for a night of seaweed inspired sipping - and learn about the mahi of the Love Rimurimu Restoration project.
Tickets for the 3rd November are on sale now, and include your choice of a seaweed cocktail (or mocktail) and seaweed snacks. You’ll also be helping us get some of our seaweed babies growing!
About the cocktails…
We have teamed up with the talented team at Cuckoo Emporium, who will be creating some special seaweed cocktails especially for the night -so you can taste the moana as you help us regenerate it.
Each cocktail will feature a local species harvested from our friends at Mahanga Bay Sea Vegetables. You’ll get the chance to learn about the seaweed used, meet the Love Rimurimu team and find out more about our hopes for the future of the harbour, and what our project is all about..

COVID - This event will only run during Alert Level 2 or 1. Remember to scan in, keep up your social distancing and enjoy the outside area as much as you can. We will keep you updated if the event changes due to alert level changes.
