Love the Centre Awards Evening 2026

The Love the Centre Awards serves the purpose of recognising and celebrating the fabulous businesses based in Hamilton’s central city, who are doing some really cool things, to make our central city a destination.

Businesses are encouraged to secure their places early for what promises to be a landmark celebration in Hamilton's event calendar.

The Hamilton Central Business Association’s highly anticipated Love the Centre Awards are returning for an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition, and industrial chic glamour. Unsurprisingly for a city in the midst of an exciting transformation, this year’s awards will be held right in the heart of an underway development, highlighting the central city’s continuous progression toward becoming a premier destination.

For one night only, a spectacular venue will be created in the ground floor foyer area of the under-construction Pullman Hotel. This exclusive space has been generously provided by owners Sanjil Mistry of Pragma and Pienaar Piso of Vision Complete Earthworks, as their teams work to complete the magnificent redevelopment of the Mistry Tower.

• There will be some bar leaners and seats at the venue, but this is not a seated event

• Canapes and drinks are provided during the event

• Dress to impress remembering it could be cold

• The venue is construction site and the floor is concrete
