Love Water Garden Wisely Olla Making

Love Water Garden Wisely: Olla Making Workshop

Come along to this free, fun workshop and learn about waterwise gardening. With Summer upon us, learn how to maintain a healthy garden with some easy, low cost waterwise strategies.

Using inexpensive, readily available materials, we will be making an olla for each household to take home Ollas store water and release it gradually through their porous walls when buried in the garden.  This is a new take on an ancient irrigation system.

This workshop is suitable for adults and older teens (teenagers must be accompanied by an adult). (1 x olla per booking, so if you would like to each take an olla home, please make a separate booking for each person).

These sessions are available to Central Coast residents only, ensuring our local community gets the most benefit from these programs.
