If you’re joining and expanding your Miracle Magic , add on a cup of cacao

This will be a gentle, nourishing dose of approx 10g of ceremonial cacao, intuitively blended with herbs, spices, honey and most likely mixed with coconut milk/creme. Please check in with me/Sharnelle if you have any allergies.

About Cacao
Ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used with intention, it’s known for its heart-opening properties and gentle mood-enhancing effects. It contains theobromine (a natural stimulant that’s softer than caffeine), along with magnesium, antioxidants, and bliss chemicals like anandamide.

Drinking cacao can support:
- A gentle energy lift without the crash
- Connection to self and others
- Presence, creativity, and emotional openness

A few things to note:
Cacao is generally safe in small amounts, but please avoid or check in with your body if you:
- Take antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)
