Cacao for Sunrise Sound Healing

If you’re joining Sharnelle for our special mini Sunrise Sound Healing on Saturday and would love a warm cup of cacao made for you, She’ll be making a batch for those who’d like it.

This isn’t part of the free event, just a little offering to make your morning extra nourishing without needing to prep anything yourself.

This will be a gentle, nourishing dose of approx 10g of ceremonial cacao (half the standard daily amount), blended with almond milk, honey, a hint of cinnamon, and infused herbal tea. It’s designed to gently awaken the body and heart without being overstimulating.

About Cacao
Ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used with intention — it’s known for its heart-opening properties and gentle mood-enhancing effects. It contains theobromine (a natural stimulant that’s softer than caffeine), along with magnesium, antioxidants, and bliss chemicals like anandamide.

Drinking cacao can support:
