It's the first step of a journey towards your authentic self.

LOVE YOURSELF FIRST - 6 WEEK COACHING COURSE is a course of six weeks for a small group of only 6 women. It's an intimate and safe space that will allow you to connect deeper with your true self.

The following six sessions will help you to:

Gain a deeper understanding of your core values
Create the space for everything that aligns with them.
Gain an awareness around your inner self talk to create a better relationship with yourself.
Discover the power that already exist within by uncovering your strengths.
Discover how to set healthy boundaries to start prioritizing yourself.

In addition, this Journey will enhance you to:

Undertake a self-growth path.
Create self-awareness.
Boost your confidence.
Create more positive self-talk.
Create an optimistic perspective to life.

WHEN: Every Sunday for 6 weeks, starting from the 27th of April, 10am-11.30am.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Ground and connect with yourself through a mindfulness and breathing practice.
Reflect, journal and share.
Every week a different topic that will help you to tap into your authentic self and create a life aligned with who you truly are.
