LOVE YOURSELF FIRST - 6 WEEK COACHING COURSE - is course of six weeks for a small group of only 6 women that will allow you to connect deeper with your true self and to create a life aligned with who you truly are.

The purpose of these 6 weeks is to help you connecting with who you truly are.

We are often running around without stopping.

We often put our beloves or work before us.

We often say YES even when we would love to say NO.

And we lose the connection with our inner self.

We forget about being kind to ourselves.

We forget about our own values and what we love doing.

We forget to check in within us how we are feeling.

The following six sessions will help you to:

Gain a deeper understanding of your core values
Create the space for everything that aligns with them.
Gain an awareness around your inner self talk to create a better relationship with yourself.
Discover the power that already exist within by uncovering your strengths.
Discover how to set healthy boundaries to start prioritizing yourself.
