LOVE YOURSELF FIRST WORKSHOP

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A 90-MINUTE WORKSHOP ON THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF LOVE WHILE CONNECTING WITH OTHER WOMEN.

• Ground and connect with yourself through a mindfulness and breathing practice.
• Become aware of the importance of self love and how prioritize yourself will help you having a more fulfilled life while improving your relationships.
• Reflect, journal and share with other women in the room.
• Spread love with the appreciation jar activity.

Self Love is the key to live a joyful and fulfilled life and, yet, sometimes we forget about ourselves.

We put ourselves on a side.

We feel guilty to say NO.

We feel selfish if we take time exclusively to ourselves.

So we give the entire attention to our beloved.

We say YES to things despite we know that are not for our good.

We ignore our own needs to please others.

The result is that we disconnect with our authentic self.

We might put ourselves at exhaustion. 

We become more stressed and less joyful.

We put others and other things before us.
