Lovefest Gathering at The Grove

We are coming together for a beautiuflly curating program that combines connection with other like hearted people, connection with self over transformational ideas and workshops, connection with nature, connection with food and connection with high vibe celebration. 

There will be plenty of relaxed time to communally share and enjoy delicious organic food.  We are definitely looking forward to hosting Lovefest’s biggest picnic ever!

This is a family friendly camping event celebrating a community surrounded by lush bushland full of birds and trees with a rushing freshwater river for swimming that surrounds the site. 

Set at a relaxed pace - where we are all contributors to the creative experience - there will be an abundance of time to unwind, integrate between workshops and deeply connect in the beautiful natural setting of The Grove. 

Our amazing Facilitators will weave a journey to enhance connection with self, others and country. We will journey together to higher states of Love and well-being in a safe, creative environment where we accept each other for who we are - and who we want to be - in celebration, creating ripples of Love and Peace.

TICKETS:

Tickets are limited to 90.  First in first served.  

Final Release Tickets : $288. This includes access to all workshops over 3 days, 2 nights of camping, and 4 meals (Dinner Friday, Brunch Saturday, Dinner Saturday, Brunch Sunday). There is the option for Glamping and to arrive early or leave late as an extra purchase.

Lovefest Gathering is specifically limited to 90 tickets for a more intimate experience

Communal meals and meal prep with fresh local produce guided by our camp cook, bringing the love for Dinner Friday and Saturday and Brunch Saturday and Sunday

More time between workshops for integration

CAMPING, PARKING AND FACILITIES PROVIDED

-  Four delicious meals of locally sourced plant-based organic food brunch and dinner provided.

We encourage car pooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite. 

GLAMPING

Our Glamping Partner Petit Nomad Glamping are offering several glamping packages to help bring ease and grace to your Lovefest experience. These are an add-on option and you will need a Lovefest Gathering ticket as well as your glamping accommodation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

-  Bring your own cups, plates and cutlery.

-  Bring your own snacks (for outside of mealtimes).

-  Bring ALL your own camping equipment (unless glamping) and everything you will need to be comfortable.

We will have a Kitchen Team Leader and you will be inviting you to join the community spirit on one of the meal prep teams.

VEHICLE ACCESS

Vehicle access provided with vehicle pass

We encourage carpooling where possible to reduce environmental impact onsite. 

There is space for campervans and caravans, register these when booking your vehicle pass 

MASSAGE & HEALING TENTS

*  A range of massage and other bodywork modalities will be on offer (bookings when onsite).

*  Be sure to bring cash to pay for these extra services.  Cellphone and Electronic access is limited.

ENTRY AGREEMENT

*  Sober and Safe - No substances are allowed that impair cognition (alcohol, cannabis, or drugs).

*  All photography and video for promotional purposes will be taken respectfully.

*  No dogs or pets.

*  No personal campfires/firepits.

*  Dressing colourful is recommended.

LEAVE NO TRACE

We entrust and empower all attendees to respect the environment and leave the place better than when we arrived.  Please both minimise and take your waste with you.  Practice Love for Planet Earth.
