Through yoga, mindfulness practices, connection and community, we honour both the external light of the sun and the radiance within ourselves. ✨

☀️ Sun Salutation Vinyasa Flow - Energise your body and awaken your spirit with sun salutations, heart-openers, and mindful breathwork.

11:45 AM – 12:15 PM
💛 Tea Break & Seasonal Refreshments - Enjoy herbal teas and light snacks featuring fresh, seasonal fruits to nourish yourself.

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM
❤️ Self-Love & Visioning Workshop - Dive into journaling, affirmations, and visualizations to set powerful intentions for self-love and personal growth.

1:00 PM – 1:45 PM
✨ Partner Yoga & Playful Connection - Explore trust and joy through playful partner yoga, fostering connection and community.

💫 Yin Yoga Journey - Relax into deep stretches while enjoying a soothing ocean sounds to integrate your experiences.

🌸 Closing Ritual & Gratitude Prayer - Reflect on your journey throughout the day, share words of gratitude, and seal your intentions.

What to Bring:

🧘 Yoga Mat: Your personal mat for practice.
👚 Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothes for yoga and meditation.
💤 Blanket, yoga block, pillow or bolster, eye pillow or scarf: Be as comfortable as possible during relaxation sessions.
💧 Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day.
📓 Journal & Pen: For notes, reflections, and insights.
🔔 Open Heart & Mind: Be ready to embrace new experiences and connections.
🌞 Swimmers & Sunscreen: Enjoy a dip in the ocean before / after the event.
