It's been a while since we had the pleasure of visiting the city's original nightlife hotspot.

Mirage KX's life has burned bright in the almost twelve months it's been active, and with only a few weeks to go, we're so happy that they've invited us along to play host.

Contrary to some of our recent birthday celebrations, on this night we're keeping it local, & keeping it intimate. Mirage KX is a close, tight and relatively 'private' space, and we can't wait to behave a little differently for a night.

feat a duo of local selectors we've been all too keen to have along.

We'll be offering tickets free of charge to any First Nations people who wish to attend. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We’d like to recognise that this event, and all the work done in the organisation of it, has taken place on stolen land.We want to acknowledge the Owners of the land on which we will gather - The Gadigal People of the Eora Nation. We'd like to pay our respect to Elders past, present and future, and hope that all our guests do the same.

Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.

There's nothing more important to Lovejoy than safety. This event is a time to enjoy yourself, to let your freak flag fly, and to dance without fear.

Nothing matters more than consent & respect, and any person acting without both will not be welcome.
