We’ll gather in circle and share cacao which is a gentle plant ally known for opening the heart and inviting connection.
Through guided breath, an inner journey/meditation, sound, and grounding movement, you’ll be supported to meet yourself fully in the present moment and receive the messages your higher self & support teams have been holding for you.

This evening is not about “doing it right” or mastering techniques, it’s an invitation to simply arrive as you are, in a space held with care.

About Your Host
Sharnelle holds space for people to gently return home to themselves, to remember who they are beneath the noise and connect with the life they’re here to live.
Through Reiki, breathwork, photography, sound, and deeply intuitive guidance, she creates experiences that feel both grounding and expansive, allowing each person to open at their own pace.
Her work is less about “fixing” and more about creating space for your own wisdom to rise.

Breathwork
We will be including breathwork with optional holds. Breathwork can be a powerful support for physical, emotional, and energetic healing, but it is not suitable for everyone.

Please avoid or consult your doctor/facilitator if you have:

Cardiovascular issues (including high/low blood pressure, arrhythmia, history of heart attack)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Osteoporosis or recent surgery
Bipolar disorder, psychosis, or unmanaged mental illness
Pregnancy (especially for breath retention practices)
Active cancer or other critical illness
Asthma (please bring an inhaler)
Use of heavy medications
Active addiction

Breathwork can sometimes bring up emotional or physical responses. Your participation is your choice, and modifications will be available.

Cacao
This cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used with intention, known for its heart-opening and mood-enhancing effects. It contains theobromine (a natural, gentle stimulant), magnesium, antioxidants, and bliss chemicals like anandamide.
The cacao will be made using Almond milk and honey.

Drinking cacao may support:

Gentle energy lift without a crash
Deeper self-connection and emotional openness
Presence, creativity, and connection with others

Please avoid or check in with your body if you:

Take antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)
Have high blood pressure or heart conditions
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (mild doses may be fine, listen to your body)

You are also welcome to attend this event and not drink cacao you will still be taken on a beautiful journey.
