Do you want to discover what true Self Love is and how you can introduce this energy into your everyday life?

In this Masterclass you'll learn what Self Love is and why it is so important for your well being.

You'll learn Self Love rituals and daily habits that will allow you to nurture Self Love easily and integrate into everyday life.

The afternoon will consist of you learning why Self Love is NOT selfish.

Which essential oils promote Self Love. You'll make your own essential oils Self Love blend.

Self Love Affirmations and how to use them for maximum benefit.

How to build Self Love for yourself.

How to set up and use your Self Love altar.

Which crystals you can use to enhance your Self Love practices, and a take home pack of 3 Self Love crystals.

You'll also be taken through a beautiful Self Love relaxation process to help you move into a space of healing and Self Love.

You’ll do a beautiful hatha heart chakra centred yoga session.

Coloured Handout to take home for future reference.

Light refreshments will be served - including gluten and dairy free options.

Please wear comfortable clothing, for movement and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, bolster (if you have one), pillow, blanket, water bottle. Anything that will make you feel comfortable while laying on the floor. There will be some yoga mats, bolsters and pillows supplied if you don't have one.

Optional - please bring something small to place on the Self Love altar. It could be a flower, a picture, a crystal anything that reminds you of Self Love. You can pick something from the altar to take home with you also.
