Dr. Ken Berry
I’m Dr. Ken Berry, a board-certified family physician with over two decades of experience practicing medicine in rural Tennessee. My journey into health and wellness advocacy began with my own struggles with weight and health. I used to be a frustrated doctor, overwhelmed by the preventable diseases I saw daily, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and chronic inflammation. I knew there had to be a better way, and that's when I discovered the transformative power of the Proper Human Diet (PHD). I grew up in the small town of Hohenwald, Tennessee, and after earning my MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, I dedicated my career to helping people achieve real health. My wife Neisha, our two children, and I now live on a farm in Holladay, Tennessee, where we embrace a lifestyle that reflects the principles I teach. Every day, I see the incredible resilience and determination of my patients and community members. Their successes inspire me to broaden my reach and share these life-changing principles with the world. Together, we can fight against the epidemics of chronic diseases and build a healthier future.

He also works with patients in small groups enrolled in the diabetes prevention program (D.P.P.) and COPD programs, and is currently the chair of Advocate Health Midwest’s Governing Council for Illinois and Wisconsin, the decision-making body of the medical group. 2 Krazy Ketos
Joe and Rachel, known as 2 Krazy Ketos, have helped thousands of people restore their health through real, nutrient-dense food. After struggling with lifelong metabolic and mobility challenges, they transformed their own lives through a meat-focused way of eating and a commitment to sustainable lifestyle change. Today, they share that experience by building community and helping others feel encouraged and empowered to take back control of their health. Through easy recipes, health coaching, and practical strategies for functional fitness, stress reduction, and mindset shifts, they equip people with the tools needed to make this way of eating sustainable for a lifetime. When they’re not on the road sharing the power of nutrient-dense living, you’ll find them at their regenerative farm in Florida, pasture-raising heritage breed livestock and living the lifestyle they teach.

Chris Bair
Chris Bair created Keto Chow to simplify getting good nutrition for "I just need food" meals, focusing on the best available proteins, vitamins, and minerals to save mental energy for important things. You don't have to be doing keto to use Keto Chow but it does make keto easier. In 2023 Chris created SALTT Electrolytes ('salty') as an alternative to existing electrolytes that contained questionable ingredients, like maltodextrin, and didn't align with what he wanted in an electrolyte supplement. The number 1 best seller is the unflavored Clean Slate.

Willow Decker
Willow is just 11 years old, but her health journey has already taught her lessons that many adults don’t learn until much later in life. After struggling with IBS as a young child, she began eating gluten-free at age 6. Then, last year, she was diagnosed with celiac disease, strengthening her family’s commitment to real, minimally processed foods. Today, Willow has a simple but powerful message: 💚 Food can either help you or harm you. She’ll share what it’s like growing up in a world filled with ultra-processed foods, why she believes kids deserve to know there’s a healthier way, and how making different food choices has impacted her life. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, educator, healthcare professional, or simply someone who cares about the next generation, I think Willow’s message will encourage and inspire you.
