These online weekly workshops with a Psychologist from Psychology and Wellness will provide you with skills and knowledge to manage low mood and depression. 

Why attend? 

  • Understand signs and symptoms of low mood and depression. 
  • Develop positive skills in dealing with low mood and depression. 
  • Learn practical strategies to improve your mental health.
