These weekly face to face workshops with a psychologist from Psychology and Wellness will provide you with skills and knowledge to manage low mood and depression in a 4-part series for students.

This 4-part series for students is held on Thursdays from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Location: Psychology and Wellness, Level 2, East Wing, Quadrangle Building (directly above the University Health Service)
Registration closes at 3:30pm on Wednesday the 8th of June, 2022 or until fully booked. Due to COVID restrictions there is limited capacity for the workshops.
