A low waste kitchen includes so much more than using leftovers- there is equipment, tools, shopping techniques, eating, storing food and also leftovers and finally the scraps. Come along to a fun and funny time with Peg Davies Waste Educator, and see some simple changes we can do.
We will also do some simple preserving and taste a few morsels.

There is a council car park behind Earthwise and it is free on Saturdays
- Will the event be suitable for children?
Probably not. It is a long time, although there is great park next and also the Subiaco Farmers Markets are operating at the same time
- Can I leave early?
Of course you can but you may miss some neat take away items!
