Are you passionate about baking delicious treats while minimizing your environmental footprint? 🌱🍪 Look no further! Our Low Waste Baking Workshop is here to empower you with eco-friendly baking tips and tricks that are as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds!

🍪 What to Expect 🍪

✨ Hands-On Guidance: Long-time Food Co-op baker, Lucaya, will guide you through the art of crafting delicious holiday treats using low-waste ingredients and packaging.

🌿 Sustainable Swaps: Discover easy and practical swaps to make your favorite recipes baking more environmentally friendly, without compromising on taste.

🎁 Beginner and kid friendly: All welcome and all hands on deck! Children should be aged over 10 years and be accompanied by an adult. 

There are only 10 spots available for this session (we have a boutique kitchen!)so this is a super exclusive event. Do not miss out—sign up now!

Important Info

  • This class involves working with dairy, gluten and nuts 
  • Please bring a baking tray and containers to take your goodies home
  • Free weekend parking is available at Toad Hall, across the road from the Food Co-op
