Please Note: This booking form provides options for multiple events across the school year. Vendors are asked to select the correct event and make note of the specific event date when making a booking.

ALL FOOD/SPONSOR VENDORS MUST ENTER VIA GATE 1 - 325 GRIMSHAW STREET, WATSONIA

Please do not enter via Bungay Street.

Vendors must meet the following requirements:-

A Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance must be sent to host organiser at time of booking
Working With Children Check card

Please note that this registration fee is only refundable if the event is cancelled by Loyola College.
